If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost during shipping, we've got you covered.
Simply send us photo or video proof within a few days of receiving your parcel.
We'll gladly issue a refund or send a replacement, and you don't need to return the item.

Changed your mind or ordered the wrong size? No problem — you can still return your item!
However, please note that:
• We do not offer full refunds for change-of-mind returns, as international shipping costs have already been incurred.
• You may return the item at your own expense to our return address below.
• Once received and inspected, we'll refund you the cost of the goods (COGS).

• The buyer is responsible for choosing a suitable return shipping method and ensuring customs clearance.
